Applications & Fees
The initial point of contact for any building, land development, rezoning request, conditional use permit, cell tower, subdivision, or sign permit is Jackson County.
No person shall commence or proceed with construction of any new building or with the reconstruction, alteration, repair, moving, or demolition of any existing building prior to the issuance of a Zoning Permit.
Applications for a Zoning Permit need to be filed with the Jackson County Planning Department and may be made prior to or in conjunction with applications for a Building Permit.
An administration fee, per the Schedule of Fees, are applicable to all applications. Fees associated with Special Use Permits and Requests for a Variance are paid to Webster’s Town Hall. All other fees are paid to Jackson County offices.
